What I Bring To The Table

EXTENSIVE INVESTIGATIVE AND TRIAL EXPERIENCE - As a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office for 23 years I litigated dozens of jury trials in the Trial Division - then  transferred to the Investigations Division where I planned complex investigations, organized massive document cases, and strategized the most effective way to present complex white-collar cases at trial.

DETAIL-ORIENTED AND ORGANIZED - I designed and supervised the complex One Meridian Fire investigation, organized the investigation and prosecution of the 16-defendant Philadelphia Airport Parking Scam case and, as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, organized the investigations and prosecutions of a 38-defendant Bank Fraud/RICO case, and a 20-defendant Municipal Corruption and Bribery case.  See a testimonial from a former Philadelphia District Attorney.

INNOVATIVE THINKER - I think outside the box and benefit from unrestricted perspectives when designing investigative and trial strategies and when problem-solving.  See descriptions of the cases I call "Jumping From the Frying Pan Into the Fire" and "Winning the Battle But Losing the War" for examples of the role perspectives play in our perceptions of how to approach investigative and trial issues.
